Solid burgers every time I come in. My wife really like the salads made into wraps. Staff was really friendly.
My husband remembers coming here as far back as the late 60's! They've not erased the history but have definitely succeeded in making the best mix of rustic charm, friendly atmosphere and great food. I had a turkey cucumber sandwich on rye, and he had a classic patty melt... both delicious! Recommend!
This little pub style restaurant was the cutest! Had amazing food, little to no wait for drinks and what we ordered. Definitely can taste the quality. Patio has a different menu than inside, which is a nice switch up for the same place. Live music was an added plus!
This place is gooood! Of course I got the Spike Burger and yes I added another patty to stack up the meat. The entire thing from the bun to the meat was phenomenal and I could've ate two! We had 8 people in our party and we all got something different. Everyone was very happy with not only their meal but the service as well. Highly recommend stopping in whether you're passing through or in town for awhile.
Food was great, waitress was great, could have used a little more friendliness with the host, but I’m not going to fault the restaurant. Highly recommend :-) Went back a second time, food was just as good and everybody was friendly. :-)
The Spikeburger was everything I was hoping for, juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Chicken strips were moist and tasty. The Onion rings were delicious and included a special sauce. I will be returning sometime soon.
Been coming here for over 30 years and can't say enough good about Spikes, great place, great food!
Had a nice dinner here. Place was more cozy than I expected, but the food and service more than made up for it. Turn around time from order to food on the table was phenomenal for how busy they were, and food was on point. I had a Spike burger with bacon and guacamole that was delicious. Congrats to the kitchen. Servers were attentive and seemed to employ good teamwork and help each other out when needed. Overall, would recommend 9/10 you give it a try if in the area.
